Fair-use terms, stated clearly
- Monthly change hours are for small edits and fixes. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
- New pages, new features, redesigns and migrations are outside the plan and quoted separately.
- Hosting, domain, premium plugin licenses and paid Shopify apps are billed by their providers and are not included.
- Response times apply to business days in IST. Automated monitoring runs continuously, but human responses follow the plan’s support window.
- Annual AMC: pay for 10 months upfront and receive 12 months of care.

What is a website AMC?
An AMC (annual maintenance contract) is a yearly care plan. With our AMC you pay for 10 months upfront and receive 12 months of maintenance, which is 2 months free compared with monthly billing.
What counts as a small change?
Small changes are edits such as updating text, images, prices or banners, adjusting a form or fixing a minor layout issue. New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted separately.
Do unused change hours carry forward?
No. Change hours are reset each month and unused hours do not roll over. If you regularly need more time, moving to a higher plan is usually more economical.
Can you maintain a site that another developer built?
Yes. We begin with an onboarding audit of the code, hosting and plugins. If we find serious issues, we explain them and quote any fixes before starting the plan.
Do you support Shopify and Next.js sites as well as WordPress?
Yes. Plans cover WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and custom or Next.js sites. The tasks adjust to the platform, for example app and theme checks on Shopify or dependency updates and deployments on Next.js.
We are an agency outside India. Can you maintain our clients’ sites under our brand?
Yes. We offer white-label website care for agencies in the USA, UK, Australia, the UAE and elsewhere, with unbranded reports and an NDA in place. Pricing is billed in USD.
