Will an AI chatbot give wrong answers to my customers?
No AI system is perfect, so we design for safety. The chatbot answers from your approved information, is instructed to say when it does not know, avoids restricted topics and hands the conversation to a human when needed. We review conversation logs regularly and improve the knowledge base.
How does human handoff work?
When a customer asks for a person, raises a complaint or asks something the assistant cannot answer confidently, the conversation is flagged and routed to your team by WhatsApp, email or your helpdesk, along with the chat history so the customer does not have to repeat themselves.
How do you handle customer data and privacy?
We collect only the data needed for the workflow, restrict access to it, use business-grade API plans for AI models where available, and follow WhatsApp opt-in rules for messaging. We can use self-hosted n8n when data must stay on your own servers. You remain responsible for your privacy policy, and we help align the setup with it.
Can you connect the chatbot to our CRM and Google Sheets?
Yes. Leads and conversation summaries can be sent automatically to HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Google Sheets or other tools with an API, including tags, lead scores and follow-up tasks for your sales team.
